Terms of service

These terms cover the KrispyVibes website, the booking request form and the guest web app. A booking itself is governed by the contract you sign; where the two differ, the signed contract wins.

Requests, quotes and bookings

• Checking a date or sending an inquiry does not book anything and costs nothing.
• We reply with a written quote. Your date is held once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
• Prices on the site are starting points; your quote lists the final price, the deposit and the balance due date.

Payment

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, check or cash, as listed in your quote and invoice.

Using the guest app

• Guests may only upload content they have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, hateful or sexual.
• The host can switch features off and ask us to remove content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
• Guests keep the rights to what they upload and allow us to store, print and show it to the event's host and guests. We delete guest media 12 months after the event; see the privacy policy for what we collect and how to delete what you sent yourself.

The equipment

Our crew sets up, runs and packs down the machines. Venue requirements (space, power, cover) are listed on the home page and in your quote.

Liability

Liability, cancellations, date changes and refunds are set out in your signed contract.

Changes

We may update these terms. The draft date at the top shows the current version; a signed contract keeps the terms it was signed under.
