Privacy policy

KrispyVibes rents sticker and temporary-tattoo machines, a photobooth and an audio guestbook phone for weddings and events. This page explains what we collect, why, who can see it and how long we keep it.

What we collect when you book

• Your name, your partner's or company's name, email and phone number.
• Event details: date, times, venue, guest count, the package you choose and anything you write to us.
• Your signature and the name you type when you sign a contract online.
• Payment records: the amount, method (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, check or cash) and date. We do not take or store card numbers.

Guest media: stickers, photos, video and voice messages

At your event, guests can use the guest web app (no app download or account) to design stickers, upload photos and short videos, and leave voice messages on the audio guestbook phone.

• Where it is stored: in our hosted database and file storage, reached only through links we sign for your event.
• Who can see it: the host or couple through the private album link, guests who have the event's link, and our staff who run your event. Album links are not listed in search engines.
• Marketing: we only use event photos or guest content in our own marketing or social media if the host gives us permission in writing (text or email is fine).
• Retention: unless the host gives that permission, we delete guest media 12 months after the event. Unconfirmed or failed uploads are removed sooner.
• What the guest app records with each upload: the file, the name and caption you type (both optional), when you sent it, a random ID for your phone (a cookie, so the app can show your own sticker and let you delete what you sent), a one-way scrambled form of your internet address (to stop abuse, not to identify you), and the time you sent it after seeing our upload notice. No account, email or phone number is needed.
• Delete it yourself: on the event's guest page, open "What happens to what you share" and tap Delete what I sent. Everything sent from that phone is deleted straight away, files included.
• Deletion on request: a host or guest can ask us to delete specific photos, videos or messages at any time. Email us with the event name and what to remove; if you have it, include your phone reference from the "Delete what I sent" page and we will delete everything that phone sent.
• Kiosks: the photobooth and the audio guestbook phone are shared devices with the same notice on screen. Their photos and messages are deleted on request by the host or by us.

Messages we send

We send booking confirmations, reminders and contract links by email and text message. We use service providers to deliver them (an email delivery service and an SMS carrier). They receive only what is needed to deliver each message.

Cookies

Necessary cookies, always on: the look you picked on the public site (neon or soft), the language you picked on guest pages, your phone's random guest-app ID, your cookie choice, and the staff sign-in session. We do not sell your information.

Also first-party and always on: a cookie that remembers how you first found us (a search, an ad link with its campaign tags, or a friend's referral code), kept for up to 90 days so a request you send later shows where it came from. It never leaves this site.

Optional analytics (counting visits to improve the site, and if we turn them on, Google Analytics or the Meta pixel to see which ads bring enquiries) load only on the public marketing pages and only after you allow them. Guest pages, kiosks and staff screens never load analytics. You can change your choice here at any time:

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for a signed contract or for tax purposes. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Children

The site and guest app are not directed at children under 13. Guests under 13 should use the sticker machine with a parent.
